Bermuda Tech Creations Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to upholding the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will promptly address reports of copyright infringement involving our services when such claims are communicated to our Designated Copyright Agent as specified in the notice template below.

If you are a copyright holder or are authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, or if you hold an exclusive right under the copyright, please notify us of any alleged copyright infringements occurring on or through our website (the "Site") by filling out the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and sending it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receiving a Notice as outlined below, we will take appropriate actions at our discretion, which may include removing the infringing content from the Site.

• 1. Clearly identify the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed or, for multiple works, provide a representative list of the infringed copyrighted works.
• 2. Specify the material or link you believe is infringing (or the subject of infringing activity) and should be disabled, including, at a minimum, the URL of the link on the Site or the exact location of the material.
• 3. Share your company affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, phone number, and email address, if available.
• 4. Include both of the following statements in the Notice:

• * "I affirm that the information provided in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner or an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
• 5. Provide your full legal name along with your electronic or physical signature.

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be held liable.

If you believe that content removed (or access to which was disabled) is not infringing, or you have authorization from the copyright owner, their agent, or under the law to use the content, you can submit a counter-notice containing the following details to our Designated Copyright Agent:

• 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
• 2. Identification of the content that was removed or to which access was disabled, along with its prior location;
• 3. A declaration that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to an error or misidentification;
• 4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement of your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and that you will accept service of process from the individual who provided the initial notice of alleged infringement.

If our Designated Copyright Agent receives a counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant, notifying them that we may reinstate the removed content or cease disabling it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner pursues legal action against the content provider or user, the content may be restored or access granted again within 10 to 14 business days or so after we receive the counter-notice, at our discretion.

In accordance with DMCA policies and relevant laws, we have instated a rule for terminating, under suitable circumstances and at our discretion, the accounts of users identified as repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to limit access to the Site or terminate the accounts of any users who violate others’ intellectual property rights, regardless of whether there is a history of repeated infringement.
